There are a number of patent infringement suits that appear to be going down simultaneously on the cell phone front...many of the notables are on EDIG's list as well.

I wonder what the defensive strategy is when facing several suits....cheaper to settle early or go through a long protracted process and then settle or risk a trial when facing well documented patents.
