There are two ways to view this situation, for the present(6 to 10 years), and the future beyond that.

I guess you could consider this a paradox in expressing 445.

Some will say...it is what it is....however, I see a choice of two paths to promote. There's a puzzle at some point to think about.

It would depend on early access, or, no access to future substrate devices in making the path decision.
