Just checked eastern TX district court. Nothing new on Vivitar since 01 Feb 2008. Doc 29 filed on the Nikon et al case granting Casio an extension until 30 Apr 2008 to reply to the lawsuit. No reply from Avid Technology though they didn't ask for an extension...I thought they originally had until the end of March so not sure what's happening there.

Last filing on digEcor case was 22 Mar 2008. e.Digital has until this Friday to give the court their opinion of "reasonable fees" to pay digEcor for having to file motion 134.

Haven't had a chance to read all the posts here today...has Mezzo announced the manufacturer of their unique portable IFE device?
