1. The $200,000 settlement was based on 4000 units at $50 profit per unit. That was all they would have ended up with anyway.

2. The 200K included attorney fees which were substantial (close to 6 figures)

3.Falk and Ferguson are very involved in the coordinating of communication between edig and aps/wencor.(I spoke of my displeasure with these two)
