After checking Google, I found that "Claim Construction Hearing" searches had a lot of "Markman Hearing" hits as well.  After reading some of the links, I think the two terms are synonomous.

The Vivitar filing today sets a conference date of 01 May 2008 to then set a date for the CCH and trial.
