Thanks for posting this example. It really helps me understand more of the court process.

I believe that any explosive growth in PPS will come through the court rulings and not from EVU sales.

For those who like to see how court rulings (and our friends at Samsung) can jostle a stock around, study the history (recent through the last two years) of IDCC.   (PS  I own mucho IDCC so I have studied it alot but this is not to say you should consider buying it, just study it).
