Definition

A document which the SEC requires a company to send to its shareholders that provides material facts concerning matters on which the shareholders will vote.

I would love to see some "industry high-profile"  new BOD appointments!!  I'd vote for that.    Be killer to see a high-profile appt around the SH meeting.
