Considering the size of the market that the EDIG patents are claiming to cover, that OVER $25 Billion target, one would think they would take this very serious. And if a jury gets it, and considering the products mix has been seen by most consumers, the awards could be staggering....I would bet they take it close to trial and then settle.

I wonder if DM will offer early settlement deals at lower levels to get the ball rolling or go for the gold...
