You are either misunderstanding or intentionally misrepresenting my reply. Of course one single settlement of $50 mil at the beginning of the process will be extremely helpful and will have a big impact.

What I am saying is that if the entire process garners $50 mil in settlements, DM will be not too unhappy, but eDig shareholders will be.
