Minister-- With all that has been stated its still is a promise. You never can know what kind of fly might be in the ointment, and as far as a slam dunk, lets just say that the ball is in our court. In any case the future of edig lies with the product it is trying to sell. The rest will be the cream. If EDIG proves that its product and company has suffered as a result of the theft , then the penalties might be great. Thats why the success of EDIG is most important. If it can be proven THAT WHAT EDIG HAD was taken without their permission and that lead to the success of some other product, her own success would really emphisize the damage done and the size of the reward will be greater.
In any event the litigation is not going to be settled until either they give up or the jury or judge says you win. Then it enter another stage as to the amount of liability. Between appeals and other things that can go wrong it could take at least 2 years.
The pps will respond immediatly if we had another customer in lets say the new imbedded format . Till then prayers will help.
