A lot from this article supports the concept that EDIG has a pretty darn good case, a large enough amount in potential resultant damages to justify a firm dedicating the resources necessary to gain a positive judgment.

As investors focused on the patent viability for the last 8 years, I'd have to say we are in exactly where we hoped we would be....with a big specialty firm, fully committed to a targeted market that with over 174 infringers looks to require a full effort on their part....they must like what they see in EDIG's Flash patent portfolio.
