Here's a question to ask RP....

e.Digitals tech is devised to meet the addressing principles of NAND components, yet,  with regard to the addressing principles of NOR, the process is explained to treat them both in the same manner.

Does the process address NOR with a ROW address only,  as it does for NAND, Or, does the process have to abide by the ROW and COLUMN addressing principles of NOR?
