I look forward to the day, again, when investors are rewarded by events and market forces and that we see posts, not unlike before, to the effect that investors wished that they had bought more EDIG near a dime when they had the chance all day long.

If DM has success, this scenario will happen.

DM took the case on a contingency basis because they feel it is likely to happen and worth the risk and investment of THEIR time and money.

Investors are betting on that same premise. It is reasonable to assume that risk....imo, and it is well understood by all that it is not a guaranteed lock by any means, but harping on the negative seems to be the role some have assumed.
