Also, these new renouned IP lawyers should know DM has a contingency agreement with EDIG. So, they are not going to be sending any billable hours to EDIG...

Did your source tell you that DM was planning to have these new IP lawyers work on other cases to generate billable hours to fund the costs in the EDIG case?...

Please post your source, and any other information you have, such as was DM going bankrupt and needing billable hours to make them able to stay afloat till EDIG brought home their expectations of making a lot of money?...

It is totally unrealistic and irrational to say that Lawyers that are on Top of their filed, and generating a lot of billable hours they would join up with DM not to be working on EDIG case!?. Because according to you DM got them to come over because of their "Billable Hours" prowess, something they will not be doing if they worked on EDIG case...
