I`d say they eliminated some overhead to the system.....small cache...chuck the DRAM...for the flash implementation...wonder what segment structure they utilize ?

if a developer needs... they can implement ``SDRAM in an MCP to effectively execute the key operations on feature intensive next-generation mobile phones.``
