I do not see a subsidy.....there may be something else going on seeing that they might not need the same pump supply we need.

The now $1.25 China and the now $4.00 here, seem to come on par and are moving at the same pace, at the pump anyway.

In 06 China's fuel was $.64+/- litre, we were 2.00 +/- gallon

There's a little difference between the litre and gallon that could be figured out.

however, it looks close to me for whatever reason....lol
