Probably not untill it is settled, or is going to trial...

In these kind of cases, labled "Complex Litigation" by the Courts, the DAMAGES part of the complaint is often pharsed in "Subject to proof at time of trial"...

This gives the parties to go through the various stages of the law suit, (discovery; Pre-Trial Motions; Mediation; Arbitration; and various arm twisting phases as the facts are separated from various claims made by the parties), GIVING THE PARTIES MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO DISPOSE OF THE CASE BY WAY OF SETTLEMENT...

So, I am afraid you will not hear any numbers from DM till they announce they have settled the case, or they are going to ry it and will seek "X" billions in damages...
