How many attorneys does DM assign to one IP case???? Say Vivitar?? How many are assigned to the filing against the following 6???

Say DM were to file against a Microsoft and assign a lead attorney, say John Smith, could/would it be possible for a Microsoft to entice John Smith away (for a very large stipend) as lead attorney for DM to employment with MS after the case had proceeded to a point where MS could use John Smith's knowledge of the case against them and counter DM's tactics????

I ask because I have come back to your opinions on the hirings going on at DM. I don't believe all the new hirees at DM were done so because of EDig. Perhaps some. There has been very interesting posts about DM's and other firms bulking up for IP litigation. I also did not take into account that law firms are partnerships. (My bad)

Would definitely like to have some idea as to what is involved if DM/EDig were to file againt another 20-50 firms if a measure of success if found against those already filed against.
