The question is and has been, does EDIG have the right to protect its intellectual property? Clear warning needs to be given and penalties awarded because much damage has been done to EDIG. Just look at where these other companies are because of their theft, and look what has happen to EDIG as a result. These companies were using a killer instinct against RDIG hoping that it would just die and go away so that they can claim what is EDIG's as their own.
Isn't it interesting thaty all these other companies have not tried to take any of these others to court for infringing on what they perceive as their right of patents. Think about that. If these companies were all using bits and pieces of these patents and are claiming that it was theirs to begin with, why then have they never filed against any of them for infringment?
While its true , to forgive is divine, but this has gone on for reasons that are beyond forgiveness. its time to reverse the killer instinct and ram it way up their asses.
