Casio and Olympus also requested a second time extension today. To summarize, all 7 defendants have asked for a first time extension, and so far Casio, Samsung, Olympus and LG Electronics have asked for a second extension. I expect we'll get more extension requests tomorrow by the remaining three defendants Sanyo, Nikon and Avid Electronics. The first extension for all was granted with a deadline of 30 Apr 08.
