What would a cash payment of $13/share to shareholders do to the pps( Big 10 settling up)? One can only speculate, but this stock if full of spectulators, but the odds are only slightly better than Las Vegas. (Oops, my apologies to LL...too much reality & sober thought). If DM takes 2-3 years to battle through the courts, with the growth in flash market sales, the settlement (in case of a court win.....there I go again...getting optimistic) will probably be twice as large!!!
