is the wave of disgruntled shareholders...not the same set of circumstances when the stock was in an uptrend.
In contrast, EDIG shareholders seem to be coming together as the "potential" that was recognized 9 years ago is again coming into focus, thanks to the company's efforts for the past two years, first bringing Pat Nunally on board and then hiring DM to make their case in the Eastern District of Texas....with over 174 infringers on the list and an the first year litigation targeting over $20 Billion in revenues, based on only the first 10 infringers.
It's good to be on the upswing of things....makes it easier to play nice. If this progresses as DM thinks it will we should experience many more new developments in the coming years.
And although EDIG has been rather quiet lately, as compared to last year at this time, we know DM is hot on the trail of more notable infringers.
Let's hope the momentum builds for our little investment based on the above falling into place. Nice to know it's in the hands of legal experts with a lot to gain, just like us.
The link is for a little ptsc perspective...and I'm not taking any sides, just noting their sagging pps coupled with shareholder unrest, even in the face of continued settlements.
