however, you never gave any consideration to this question....

digEcor was out flanked by e.Digital with the courts rulings on the more recent DRM agreement. My thought is, if digEcore opened up the channel with it's NDA contract having exclusive rights under it....would that not some how jeopardise their 2002 NDA?

Could there be any friction there?...lol
