Interesting the harsh criticism (deserved) that edigital gets concerning the lack of "good" legal advice in producing the agreements (NDA's etc) with APS. How in the world did a well established company, with good legal teams and plenty of money enter into such a purchase without even rudimentary due diligence? Even though it was not disclosed, they should have found out.
