Papst Sues Nikon Over Digital Camera Patents
Portfolio Media, New York (May 6, 2008)--German-based licensing company Papst Licensing GmbH & Co. KG socked Nikon Corp. with a lawsuit Friday, accusing the optics and imaging giant of infringing two patents related to digital cameras.
