The BOW lawsuit is only about ONE thing....BOW either thought he bought EDigs IP or knew that he didn't and is doing everything he can to muck up the works to get it.

The reason for the BOW's and EDig's split was SOLELY due to EDig refusing to sell/give the MOS to BOW. It's that simple..
