I agree with you in regard to using unqualified counsel by EDIG that resulted such a problematic document.However i know for sure his nasty business personality and dishonrable attitude.In fact couple of years ago i saw his email to ATUL ANANDPURA with such a hatred and anger toward EDIG and how he wanted him to backstab EDIG and threatend him to join his camp.all along his final goal was and it is now to destroy EDIG.
