Someone had posted that there might be an advantage to having their shares mailed to them so they could hold the certificates as opposed to being held in ``street name.`` My response was twofold in regards to that only--that the shares couldn`t be shorted in a ``cash account;`` and that I want my shares held by my broker in case I need to sell them in a hurry.

I didn`t miss the point that MMs and others can short without having shares to borrow. Naked shorting is strictly illegal for OTCBB stocks and there`s little we can do except write letters to our representatives that is going to change anything. The chief of the SEC is a crook and having him there is like the fox guarding the hen house, as far as I`m concerned. ORY
