If the Markman hearing is indeed May 2010, with the subsequent legalities that follow it could be 3 or more years from today before we learn if we either won or lost.

If you carry all this to the next step and the time line is the same with the other infringers then we are looking at a minimum of 3 years if not more likely 4 years....

I now will do something I thought I would never do....Agree with LL. I don't believe EDig can sustain itself for that long with the kind of business it is doing, or selling more stock. (A caveat here, unless we are totally surprised by landing an American Airlines/Southwest or embedding with a major airframe company.) This is bleak.....
