There more I think about this the more I feel something is amiss here.

This is NOT a rocket docket timetable. It is simply too far away. I cannot believe DM, if they have anything to say about it, is going to hang around with the "contingency" fees building, for 4 years just to SEE if they prevail. I know legalities take a long time but with appeals...etc....before DM/EDig gets a dime it could be ten years....
