SP, that just sounds like silliness to me. You mean one side in a lawsuit can "hide" relevant facts, costs, profits and so on merely by failing to make press releases to the whole wide world?

I think the embedded version of the eVu has met with success.

Is this based on some hard facts you have gathered, or mere optimistic speculation, similar to your "I saw it in Rober's eyes" stuff?
