I agree based on what I posted earlier.

From page 1......"Ordered that the following schedule of deadlines is in effect until further order of this court".

Based on the above the court may change the actual proceedings since the dates set forth only reflect an absolute deadline.

The timeframe for everything could come much sooner, hopefully late 2008 or early 2009 regarding the Vivitar case.

In addition, I have some difficulty accepting the following statement as being likely, as per Frank...."I don't believe any further sales of stock is anticipated, but of course I could be wrong"

If you examine their balance sheet and anticipated cash flow it doesn't appear they will be able to meet expenses, unless a minimum of 2 million dollars in sales occurs each quarter. If not then either new shares or added funding, which may convert to new shares, will happen in the not too distant future.
