LL Any legal binding contract can be Challenged....

I have run into this before. You may think at the time you have covered all your bases and crossed your T's . My high profile attorney friend advised me " You may think you have a full proof contract, however, any full proof contract can be challenged" Attoneys for deep pocket Plaintiffs have nothing to lose since they get paid regardless of the outcome. Even if their chances of winning are slim to none they will throw any Sh*t they have and hope for a miracle.

I hate to say this but it is just the way this game is played.

At this point we really don't know what was spelled out in the contract between APS/Bow and Edig.

All I know Edig is very confident with their position.

So I just wait for the Judge to make his decision.
