All of the following are very encouraging:

- The fact that DM only takes cases they feel they have a 75% chance to win

- The fact that a jury trial costs each side 4 million plus

-The fact that the 8 served parties account for over 25 billion for 2008 not including prior years of infringing

- the fact that the flash market is growing and has been growing exponentially

- the comment RP made about shareholders being surprised as to who is on the list that have not yet been served

- I forgot to add Triple damages . I doubt the 25 billion includes the potential companmies that bought the products and are liable for triple damages ;-)

All of these items are very encouraging and exciting to me ;-)
