You'd think that Wencor would be rooting for EDIG in these IP filings. If EDIG prevails, Wencor's claim to the IP is just a step away from hitting the jackpot. EDIG/DM does all the work and they can come over the top with minimum effort.

Then again, maybe there's a bit of mixed emotions on Wencor's part although it seems silly to hope for the smaller payday.
