It looks like EDIG has been selling to Fusion for about .12

"Subsequent to December 31, 2007 the Company sold 1,327,803 common shares to Fusion under the agreement for cash of $160,000."

So, is .11 a bad price to buy? Who knows...that's real time perspective.

Certainly we all understand the penny stock risk concept, save a few.

If it goes to .01, then not a good buy....if it goes to $2 then you've just made $378K on your $22K investment.

You're making the call, so good luck.

Considering the e.Digital's historical moves, first from .07 to $3.74 (1999) and again the run from $1.10 to $24.50,(2000) anything is possible.

Also, knowing that DM is anywhere from months to a couple of years from having patent claims validated resulting in either settlements or jury judgements or worst case scenario results, you know the window in which your investment will be working.

If and when it begins to run you will see investors paying much higher spreads to get positioned, as history illustrates.
