I don't know how many times the downside needs to be stated. I have, for years, always recognzied the downside risk and stated as much. It goes without saying for most investors, especially in a penny stock...but it is the centerpiece for some on these boards.

What I don't get is why those who need to promote the negative don't feel compelled to visit every chat room for penny stocks and inform them of their pending doom and high risk positions.

Most buy stocks looking for what the upside can bring. That is my position and always has been.

Had the negative perspective dominated my point of view I would have merely sold, as that is the logical move.

I remain a strong, long term investment because I still believe that if EDIG's patent potential is realized I will make a nice profit. I understand the downside as I have stated that previously but it gets ignored by those who want to paint it with their negative bitter brush.

IF DM and EDIG hit their stride with the current and ongoing patent litigation my objective will be met, profits made and I will be just fine, as I have positioned accordingly.

If not, we all lose.
