As Samsung brings out this new standard....It`s in the news that Toshiba never had control of the IP they utilize in their flash controllers.....

Toshiba was levied heavy fines for IP infringement this week... Toshiba does not supply controller IP...their partner Sandisk does....however, it was in their flash so they were slammed for it.....what that says for Sandisk has yet to be seen.

Toshiba tried to create controller IP of their own and failed.

Samsungs flash memory is more than for data storage...and is very functional...with security capability to name one.

Shortly after the announcement of Samsung ``OneNand`` and its security capability...Sandisk and Msystems paired up to create a secure platform.

E.Digital technology is capable of every issue....I`m not counting it out.
