This is the latest data from the Eastern District of Texas courts, showing a trend reversal from 2007's results.

The current trend favors the plaintiffs. That is no indication of things to come of course, but I thought most investors would find this information informative, considering that this is the venue for all of EDIG's patent infringement filings to date.
