I feel the question is when will they pay or get a Markman ruling.It seems a little unheard of the they will have to wait until May 2010.Does anyone know the average time from date of first filing to when a Markman rules comes out?If we get a favorable Markman and all seven deciede to pay up we could see anywhere from $5-10 mil from each. Possiblity a little more. either way it sure would be nice to have $ 30-40 mil in cash and be debt free.
