I think the bigger point goes to the fact that there are negotiations ongoing with infringers, not just the filing of paperwork back and forth...at least that's what I got from it...whether RP sat in with DM with or without the infringer doesn't really matter....what matters to me is DM throwing numbers at the infringers as an option for a quick resolution and them coming back with a counter.

An early settlement or two would go a long way to increasing value in our investment as well as reducing much of the risk involved.
