"By using MirrorBit® NOR technology for code execution and data storage in entry level models, and augmenting their data storage capabilities with MirrorBit ORNAND™ solutions,"

To me it reads of a non infringer, however they're not explaining how they format each environment and manage it.

As you can see, they utilize the two environments I keep explaining. One for XIP and data storage (NOR), or yet a combined chip of NOR and NAND augmenting advanced storage(OR-NAND).

"The company, formerly known as the flash memory division run by Advanced Micro Devices, launched ORNAND, a memory chip that is billed to combine the ability to store huge amounts of data, like NAND flash, which is used in digital cameras, MP3 players and USB flash memory devices, with the best attributes of NOR, which runs software quickly and is therefore ideal for mobile phones."

If you had IP that allowed you to remove the NOR with equal results, would you do it?

"I feel this to be the situation because of the way e.Digital implements the two(NOR, NAND) different matrix....they treat them the same....with equal results."
