I'd take $1.50 today with nothing yet finished in court...they would be betting on the come, as are we. It remains to be seen who would be getting the better deal. (Deal or No Deal)...what's in the case?
Considering the growth of the flash markets and the fact that just the first round of infringers represents a market of over $20 Billion ANNUALLY, $1.50 might be a steal. On the other hand, if DM is not successful, $1.50 is looking pretty good in todays stock market.
I'm in either way....too big of an upside, quantifiable markets, documented patents, a company with an EARLY history of demonstrating their technology in the retail sector well before the flash markets evolved into Billion dollar markets.
Good to see RP stepping up as team leader.
