Absolutely....however, there are no firm numbers yet...its all a guess.

Even though I put that number frame out there(might include any cumulative debt as well), as maybe a fair sell out option, I would feel I'm giving up on something important.

The process of what they offer runs through my mind constantly and the possibilities of where it could go.

If a large company took it, they might recoup their cost by doing exactly what e.Digital is doing, however, IMO it would not make the large company any more important than it might already be, it would all be lost in the background.

We would miss a growing process....and I believe it would grow over time, even to the numbers you state. Though its tied to flash at the moment...it can move into other memory offerings without a problem, it's a digital process.

I'd make a small fortune...while having an overwhelming sense of loss selling @ 1.80 + debt.
