That was the point of my post..... Bang & Olufsen have a license for a MicroOS(TM)-based custom product platform for use in their branded music product line. As far as I know, this would be the only license out there.

As to your question, I would think not. However, I have no idea of what Bang and Olufsen can, or can not do, with regard to this licensed platform.

Anyone want to present that question to RP? Can Bang and Olufsen extend this license to its customer base?
