The board would be a lot better off if both of you would simply not reply to each others post.

Let them be and let the other board members determine in their own analysis as to validity of the message.

Your constant bickering is of no value to the board and there is no winner when you attack each other.

Give it a rest.

And I hope you don't reply attempting to explain your position, which would be of no value in eliminating the cross firing at each other.

I hope the rest of the board members agree with this proposal.
