Vivitar has asked the Court to combine their case with our other Eastern TX case (Nikon, Samsung, Avid, et al). That would be one case with 8 defendants. If the motion is granted in whole, we would lose Judge Ward and get Judge Folsom. Doc 30 uploaded here:
