I'm sure that between Pat Nunally and Duane Morris's research teams there is substantial evidence in the awarded patents to warrant their efforts and expenses.

This is not just a case against one infringer but multiple cases against groups of companies....an effort of rather large proportions.

DM understands what is required of them in terms of time, effort and expense and is moving forward.
