Not a bad thing at all...we all should look at the numbers and understand from where they are coming and with what limitations the company operates.

We all had hoped for a particular product to become what the ipod has, and certainly EDIG was there at the opportune time with product in hand...we just ended up like everyone else except Apple. Apple hit EDIG's same objective...becoming an industry standard in the handheld portable market, and man, did that change the face of that company...so we weren't wrong, the chips just didn't fall our way.

But that story is not yet over, and if DM can negotiate that path we may just see a new version of that story, or at least, our story.

Certainly we all talked about being in this position today..enforcing the patents...and here we are.

So big risk, possibly big payoff, regardless of any particular 10-Q or financing package that some try to distort year after year.

Enough to count? That number keeps increasing for me. Hopefully it pays off.
