The Polis name is certainly familiar to me, but I never paid close enough attention before to realize that he held some 25 million shares, nor had I associated him with Davric. It was an interesting "tidbit" (like 10% ownership is a "tidbit")
Richardo certainly made some good points in his post, but even the most objective analysis carries with it a subjective aspect. For example to my way of thinking, you don't protect something that isn't worth protecting... and throw away good money after bad - so to speak (not even to make your good buddy happy).
While I'm sure that she-who-must-not-be-named would have us all believe that someone like Polis lives only to make sweetheart deals with EDIG and then turn around and short the heck out of its stock, I have a real hard time buying into that especially when considering DM's place in the picture. I’d have to say that Polis sees value here and hasn’t collected 25M shares in hopes that the price would go down. Now maybe he'll sell into a rally and hold the price back - but I'll worry about that one when and if we get a rally.
So would anyone happen to know or want to find out whether Polis has already profited? Has he ever actually sold shares or just converted? Are all his shares free? If not, then what’s his average price with all things considered - higher or lower than 10 cents? Sounds like a good job for you-know-who.
